Electron Beam (EB) Welding Systems and Accessories

PTR offers the largest variety of Electron Beam Welding Systems in the industry. In addition to designing and manufacturing EB Welders, PTR's full support also includes tooling design, upgrades and accessories, after sales services and training. Prototyping, process development, CNC programming and production welding is also available to support our customers.

PTR Standard EB Welding Systems Standard EB Welding Systems PTR’s EB chamber welders are universal, modular systems built with well-proven standardized components. Standard chamber sizes range from 1.5 cubic feet to more than 2,000 cubic feet (60 m3) or even larger. Our High Voltage (150kV) and Low Voltage (60 kV) Beam Generators consistently and reliably produce a high quality beam from low to high power.   
PTR Special EB Welding Systems Special EB Welding Systems Products needing high-throughput or specialized high-speed welding processes are welded in our Special EB Welders. Systems include the EBOMAT-K welders for automotive gear or other axial or circumferential welds,  S7 EB air-to air continuous Strip Welders and the NVW Nonvacuum welders operating with high welding speeds at atmospheric pressures.
