Machine: Nonvacuum welding system (S/N 757) with manual loading and unloading of three different assemblies

Production: 12 second cycle (300 parts per hour, 300 IPM)
Features: Switch-mode power supply, pallet mounted mechanics and water chiller, automated beam alignment with integrated faraday cup
Floor Space: 17 feet by 14 feet (5.2 M by 4.3 M) (50% of typical floor space)
