Machine: Partial vacuum welding system with manual load and unload of a family of sizes, 2-station dial indexer with 3 parts processed in each station

Production: 30 second cycle (120 parts per hour)
Features: Process chamber always under vacuum, switch-mode HV power supply mounted inside electrical cabinet, complete system on a single platform, 5 second pumpdown time
